SHIPPING:

All packages are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) within 1-5 business days. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Tracking numbers will be sent once packages are shipped. Shipping costs vary based on the weight of your order. It will be displayed at the time of purchase. 

Our standard processing time is 1-7 business days. 

What if my package is missing or lost? 

Kultured Roots LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is shipped, it is now out of our control. Always double check that you have entered the correct address. Kultured Roots LLC is not responsible for packages being delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer.  

Returns:

Due to the nature of our products, all products are final sale. No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed. Please double check that you have selected the right product before officially placing your order!
